It is truly not safe to choose to ride roller coasters while pregnant in the first trimester since the chances of miscarriage are highest at that stage. The baby is well protected from mostly anything but the significant g forces are going to wreak havoc on your body and your uterus. Also remember that you can return to the park and enjoy the more high risk rides after you deliver your baby.
