If you only have like 20 pounds to lose then you ain t gonna lose that much fat that fast.

A healthy amount of weight to lose per week is 1 to 2 pounds which equates to 4 to 8 pounds in a month. If you have the grapefruit diet regularly for 30 days you can approximately lose 30 pounds within a month. I managed to lose 30 pounds in the first month.
